Her practice includes corporate/commercial litigation, real property and land development disputes, estates litigation, and general contract disputes. Nipuni has appeared before a number of courts, including Ontario's Superior Court and Court of Appeal. She takes a practical approach to resolving conflicts and has negotiated out of court resolutions for her clients.

Nipuni received her J.D. from University of Ottawa’s Common Law Program. She completed her articles in the commercial litigation department of a boutique Toronto law firm. She briefly practiced procurement and corporate law before joining Teplitsky LLP in 2021.
