Jessica Donen is an Associate at Teplitsky, Colson LLP and a member of the Colson Group.
Jessica graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She completed her J.D. at Queen’s University, where she volunteered with the Queen’s legal aid clinic and pro-bono student associations. During law school, Jessica also worked for the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba where she acted as a liaison for workers, employers, and health care providers.
Prior to joining Teplitsky, Colson LLP, Jessica worked at a boutique labour and employment firm. Jessica regularly provides advice and representation to employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful and constructive dismissals, employment standards, employment contracts, human rights and accommodation, and general civil litigation. She has appeared before a number of courts and tribunals including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Jessica works directly with Robert Colson, Jennifer Mathers McHenry, and Michael Winterstein.
