Hani’s cross border alma matter encompasses both Canadian and U.S legal experience. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an HBSc, and a passion for solving complex problems with pragmatism. Hani pursued further education at the Case Western Reserve University, and graduated with a J.D and an MSc. Throughout her law school career, Hani was passionate about advancing minority interests with the South Asian Bar Association’s Cleveland chapter, and merging legal advocacy with her passion for scientific reasoning.
Hani joined Teplitsky Colson, LLP in February, 2020. Her broad litigation practice includes commercial litigation, real estate disputes, employment law, and general contractual disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Hani successfully represented clients before various Ontario tribunals, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
When Hani is not solving legal problems, she can be found reading fiction works, baking, adventure travelling, and seeking out new restaurants.
