Eitan completed his articles under Martin Teplitsky Q.C. at Teplitsky, Colson LLP and, following extensive experience with the Ministry of the Attorney General and practice at another leading law firm, rejoined Teplitsky, Colson in 2017. Eitan works directly with Ian Roher, David Altshuller, Lara Di Genova, and Eden Ifergan.
Eitan’s wide-ranging litigation practice includes estate matters, construction disputes, and corporate/commercial litigation with a focus on franchise matters.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Dalhousie University in 2007, his LL.B. from City University in London, U.K. in 2010, and his LL.M. from the University of Cambridge in 2011. He has appeared before the Federal Court and all levels of Court in Ontario.
