Alice Wang

Alice Wang is an Associate at Teplitsky, Colson LLP and a member of the Colson Group. Prior to joining Teplitsky, Colson LLP in 2022, Alice summered, articled and practiced with the Toronto office of an international law firm. Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial and employment litigation matters.

Practice

Alice has represented clients in matters concerning wrongful dismissals, constructive dismissals, human rights complaints, breach of fiduciary duties, theft of confidential and proprietary information, and workplace investigations.

Alice has gained experience assisting with a wide variety of employment and commercial litigation matters.

Alice is committed to crafting unique solutions that best serve each client. Alice is a tireless problem-solver and adopts creative negotiation and litigation strategies to obtain the best possible outcomes for clients.

Community Involvement

Alice values access to justice and social responsibility. While studying at Osgoode Hall Law School, Alice was the Vice-President of the Osgoode Women’s Network, through which she continues to act as a mentor for law students. Alice is also a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.

Alice was actively involved in her law school community. Alice was the Co-Chair of the Osgoode Constitutional Law Society, and was a member of the Osgoode Mediation Clinic through which she conducted mediations at Small Claims Court. Alice competed as an oralist on the second place team in the Davies’ Annual Corporate/Securities Law Moot.

Alice works directly with Robert Colson, Michael Winterstein, Jameel Madhany, and Malcolm Woodside.
